Cambridge BioScience Ltd supports its clients in Europe in their efforts to discover safer and more effective medicines by providing novel products and services in the life sciences. We work with life science technology companies based outside the UK and Europe and offer them a unique channel to market in the UK and Europe.

Amongst our broad porfolio, our expertise in providing products and services for drug discovery is well established. These are:

Ion channel cell lines and screening:  We work with our US partner, ChanTest (the worlds largest ion channel service provider). Our portfolio contains upto 80 ion channels fully validated for all of the following platforms:  Manual patch clamp; Automated PC (PatchXpress and IonWorksQuattro); FLIPR.

GPCR cell lines and ligands:  We have a broad range of GPCR cell lines and validated fluorescent ligands.

Human biospecimen sourcing:  We have an extensive network of partners through which we collect a wide range of highly characterised, ethically donated human tissue samples.
